Stat Hub LLC ("Stat Hub," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Stat Hub platform accessible at getstathub.com and the Stat Hub progressive web application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our platform.

• Coach & Staff Information: Name, role, and affiliated team(s)
• Player Information: Player names, jersey numbers, position, playing time, and match statistics entered by coaches
• Parent Contact Information: Phone numbers and email addresses provided by coaches for match report delivery
• Wellness & Injury Data: Health-related notes entered by authorized coaches only
• Usage Data: App interactions, session data, and feature usage for platform improvement
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

• Stat Hub does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13
• Player profiles are created and managed exclusively by authorized coaches or parents
• Children do not create accounts or log in to the Stat Hub platform
• Player data is limited to athletic performance information (stats, playing time) and is not used for advertising
• Wellness and injury information is restricted to coach-only access and is never shared with third parties

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your Stat Hub account
• To provide match tracking, player management, and reporting features
• To deliver personalized match reports to parents via SMS or email

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use player data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI features. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.
• Parent Reports: Match report data is shared with the parent contact information provided by the coach via SMS or email delivery services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with notice provided to users.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption)
• Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google)
• Passwords are never stored in plain text
• Wellness and injury data is restricted to coach-level access only
• Role-based access controls limit what each user can view or edit

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getstathub.com. Player statistical data may be retained in anonymized form for platform analytics after account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information

9. Cookies & Local Storage

Stat Hub uses browser local storage to remember your language preference and session information. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Firebase may set cookies for authentication purposes. You may clear local storage through your browser settings, though this may affect your experience.

We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice in the app. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
