Terms of Service

Welcome to Stat Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stat Hub platform, including the website at getstathub.com and the Stat Hub progressive web application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Stat Hub LLC ("Stat Hub," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Stat Hub. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for use by coaches, club administrators, and parents — not directly by minors.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Stat Hub offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited to 12 players, 1 team, and 3 matches per season at no cost
• Pro ($7.99/month): Unlimited players, up to 3 teams, unlimited matches, full AI features, parent reports
• Club ($24.99/month): Unlimited teams and players, multi-coach management, club-wide analytics

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Stat Hub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Enter false, misleading, or fabricated player information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or another user's account
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Player Data & Minor Privacy

As a coach or club administrator using Stat Hub, you take on responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of the player data you enter. You represent and warrant that:

• You have appropriate authority to enter player information into the platform
• You will not enter sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for athletic tracking
• You will use the wellness and injury log features responsibly and confidentially
• You will obtain appropriate consent before adding parent contact information for report delivery
• You understand that player data relates to minors and will handle it accordingly

6. AI Features

Stat Hub uses artificial intelligence features, including the AI Roster Scanner and match report generation, powered by Anthropic's Claude API. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before relying on them
• Roster scan results should be verified for accuracy after import
• AI features are provided as tools to assist coaches and do not replace professional judgment
• Data submitted to AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers under their terms

7. Intellectual Property

The Stat Hub platform, including its design, code, branding, logos, and content, is the property of Stat Hub LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the platform. By entering data, you grant Stat Hub a limited license to store, process, and display that data to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stat Hub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stat Hub LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your account has been inactive for an extended period, or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice in the app. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Stat Hub after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
